Salomon Evasion 2 LTR Walking Shoes

Combining the benefits of traditional leather with the latest technical features, the Evasion 2 LTR offers out-of-the-box comfort and durability along with lightness and flexibility.

Textile Upper

A textile lining has been added inside of the Evasion 2 which is extremely breathable, allowing cool air to flow into the shoe at the same time as releasing warm air, keeping the foot and the inside of the shoe dry, cool and comfortable. A leather cap has been added to the toe area of the shoe which offers much needed protection to the front of the foot and the shoe. The gusseted tongue on the Evasion 2 allows for a close and comfortable fit against the foot and helps to keep mud out of the shoe for a clean wear. A pull-loop has been added to the heel, allowing the wearer to quickly and easily put the shoe on as well as taking it off.

Injected EVA Midsole

An Injected EVA has been chosen for the midsole construction as it offers supreme cushioning for under the foot as well as helping the shoe mould to the foot to offer much needed support, giving the wearer comfort and stability as they train. An Ortholite Sockliner has been added inside the shoe to offer the wearer additional cushioning as well as superb breathability, helping to keep the foot cool and dry as well as comfortable.

Contagrip Outsole

The Evasion 2's outsole is constructed from High Traction Contagrip which is a superbly long lasting rubber which will keep the bottom of the foot protected. The Contagrip also helps the shoe to grip loose, uneven and damp surfaces that you may come across on the trail, keeping the wearer stable on their feet.
