Without sacrificing breathability, perforations throughout the upper of the Sonic allow cool air to run throughout ensuring that your feet remain well ventilated at all times. Additionally, the upper aims to suit the way you run, whenever you need flexibility or durability the Sonic aims to deliver these through the specific parts of the shoe. An Ortholite Impressions tongue makes an extremely comfortable and lasting impression, the foam within the tongue compresses to take the shape of the foot over time to create a customised and comfortable fit. <p> Salomon have used their unique Optivibe technology in the midsole to ensure an ultra-smooth ride and long-lasting comfort. The Optivibe midsole has been constructed using a combination of foams which work to dampen shocks and propel you forward as you run.
