Salomon Aero Glide 4 GRVL Women's Trail Running Shoes

Venture beyond the familiar in the Aero Glide 4 GRVL. A running shoe that gives you the freedom to effortlessly switch between surfaces whenever you choose. With a grippy sole for greater versatility and confidence. Break free from the ordinary and embrace the unpredictable, while enjoying exceptional comfort and dynamic performance.

3D Open Mesh Upper

Engineered to provide maximum breathability while on the move, the upper of the Aero Glide 4 GRVL features 3D open mesh, excelling in warm conditions to boost a cooling, fresh feel. The material has been constructed with an 'Inside-Out' build to minimise irritation, removing seams from sitting against the foot and causing rubbing. SensiFit technology has been implemented into the internal structure of the upper, cradling your midfoot from the midsole up to the laces, helping you stabilise over uneven and unpredictable terrain. For a snug fit over these bumpy paths, endoFIT technology has been utilised within the shoe, wrapping the foot in a secure internal sleeve for a better fit when on the incline or decline. This is complimented by the quickLACE Neo System, which assists with effectively locking the midfoot into place when tightened. Much like Salomon's regular quickLACE system, the Neo version allows you to lace up in one smooth pull, just on thicker laces for better durability and support while venturing over different surfaces.

OptiFOAM Midsole

Delivering you with the optimal blend of excellent shock absorption for your landings and high-energy, dynamic rebound for more reactive strides, the OptiFOAM midsole keeps you moving forward with ease. When striking down on unforgiving surfaces, shock is absorbed into the foam, dissipating direct impact and protecting your joints and feet from injury. Curved midsole geometry has been added, inspired off of Salomon's ski heritage, providing faster transitions through your gait cycle for better comfortability. Sat atop the midsole is a molded Ortholite sockliner, which matches the natural contours of your foot and boosts cushioning and breathability within the shoe, allowing cool air to circulate around the foot to reduce fatigue on the go.

Gravel ContaGRIP Outsole

Designed to provide you with the best grip over unpredictable terrain, the Salomon ContaGRIP outsole has been utilised for complete control on the rough. The rubber is hard-wearing to repeated smack down, supporting you as the miles build up with a strong structure to boost your confidence in every step. Chevron lugs have been added to the outsole, offering multi-directional grip for climbing and descending hills with ease. The lugs help you bite into dirt and gravel, helping you ease into transitions across different terrain.
