Saucony Kinvara 16 Women's Running Shoes

Fast feels even better. The Kinvara 16 is your everyday lightweight training companion, re-engineered for an even smoother, more energised ride. Featuring an upgraded PWRRUN cushioning for improved bounce and durability, alongside a refined geometry for fluid transition, this is great for runners who want to keep things lightweight and comfortable.

Breathable Mesh Upper

Experience distraction-free comfort in the Saucony Kinvara 16. Utilising a breathable mesh upper, the mesh allows cool air to flow whilst at the same time, removing unwanted warm air to help regulate temperature and create a perfect microclimate. The 3D moulded heel cup provides a stable and secure fit. To keep your feet dry and comfortable, the shoes also boast moisture-wicking properties that actively prevent the build-up of sweat and moisture. New geometry featuring a lower sidewall and straighter medial midfoot ensures a smoother transition and added comfort as you pick up the pace. Additionally, the soft, padded tongue and collar sit close to the foot to offer increased comfort and completing the upper is a traditional lacing system that works to securely lock down the midfoot for a secure fit.

PWRRUN Midsole

Experience the everyday resilience of Saucony's PWRRUN cushioning, designed to drive you towards your personal best. The Kinvara 16 stands out with its responsive cushioning, offering exceptional energy return and a lightweight feel for an extra bounce in your step. The midsole not only adds a spring to your step but also helps to protect your joints by absorbing impact on hard surfaces and converting it into energy, revitalising your feet with each stride. The Kinvara 16's PWRRUN midsole uses an updated blend to provide more energy return and is tougher against daily wear. Completing the midsole is an SRS sockliner, enhancing step-in comfort with its highly responsive nature.

Durable Rubber Outsole

The Kinvara 16's outsole is designed with performance in mind. It utilises a durable rubber, strategically placed in the heel and toe-off areas to enhance traction and durability. This helps to minimise overall weight, contributing to a more responsive and agile feel. Furthermore, the outsole's broader profile and ground contact provide a stable platform for push-offs, ensuring both comfort and confidence during training runs.
