Durable waterproofing is a certainty, as Scarpa uses their technology HDry. The innovative Italian technology is used in waterproof footwear, gloves and other clothing items where the standard manufacturing techniques based on seam-sealed waterproof fabrics cannot be utilised. This means that no terrain is off-limits, as you will always be protected no matter what. The boot feels comfortable on the foot with SOCK-FIT XT, a technology which makes the boot feel like a sock. The temperature of your feet is regulated by an inner lining, 37.5 by Cocona, keeping your body at the ideal core temperature, making it feel comfortable all day. The constructed inner system makes you feel at one with your boot as it feels tailored to the foot. Surrounding the outside of the boot is a protective PU rand to increase lightness, and rubber on the inside, as well as on the toe, for greater protection and durability. Ensure quick fastening and loosening of the laces with Speed Lacing. This makes the boot fit feel more precise and customised, offering the user maximum confidence on any terrain. Carrying muddy boots is easy and clean with heel loops.

Bi-Density PU Midsole

The bi-density PU midsole offers excellent cushioning and support whilst remaining lightweight. Featuring in the midsole is a medium-density PU for support and stability. Thanks to this, impacts can be absorbed instantly and efficiently, stopping any risk of sharp pressures from reaching the sole. Low-density PU in the heel increases cushioning, which will keep your feet feeling comfortable no matter what you are walking on. It helps to ensure better foot control and keeps the boot lightweight. The internal side features a vertical groove design for additional support at the heel. Similarly, the cramponable insert provides durable cushioning with differentiated thickness and minimal design for maximum lightness.

Vibram Mont Outsole

A Precision Tech Roll sole has been designed by Scarpa and developed in collaboration with Vibram to result in a lightweight, cushioned technical sole. The Vibram outsole on the Ribelle HD provides supreme grip, traction and durability. Even in volatile and slippery terrain, the outsole can form a strong connection with whatever is beneath it. Increasing grip, deep lugs anchor the foot into a stable and firm position. With Scarpa's exclusive Mont rubber compound, the outsole provides enhanced durability so you can adventure with confidence every time. The Vibram Mont rubber compound ensures stability and durability whilst also being compatible with semi-automatic crampons.
