Designed with Skins' medium level of compression, the Skins Series 3 Long Tights are the perfect addition to your workout wardrobe. The compressive nature of the tights is clinically proven to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. By enhancing circulation and oxygen to active muscles the tights ensure you have more power and control when exercising. Compression works to reduce fatigue and the risk of injury by providing targeted support to your muscles as you train. The compressive fit increases blood flow and reduces lactic acid build-up to improve oxygenation of muscle tissue, this, in turn, reduces muscle soreness and increases recovery times.
