Skins Series 5 Women's Shorts

Your new secret weapon when tearing up the track or smashing strength training. SKINS SERIES-5 Shorts offer targeted compression support for major muscle groups, including glutes, quads and hamstrings. A reduction in muscle vibration and distortion during activity increases comfort to improve performance.

Designed with Skins' highest level of compression, the Skins Series 5 Shorts are the perfect addition to your workout wardrobe. The compressive nature of the shorts support your muscles and helps to reduce the risks of injury. The shorts are clinically proven to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. By enhancing circulation and oxygen to active muscles the shorts ensure you have more power and control when exercising. Compression works to reduce fatigue and the risk of injury by providing targeted support to your muscles as you train. The benefits of this dynamic compression include reduced muscle fatigue and soreness, reduced muscle damage, and risk of overuse injuries, improved performance, and muscle alignment, increased agility, and faster recovery. As well as this, a four-way stretch fabrication allows you to achieve a full range of motion. The shorts move with your body's natural motion to ensure freedom of movement at all times. The shorts ensure unrestricted motion because your clothing choice should never inhibit your natural motion. Within the shorts , a sweat-wicking fiber has been used to keep you comfortable and dry at all times. The moisture-managing fabric moves excess moisture and sweat away from the skin where it can be easily evaporated. The elasticated waistband offers a comfortable fit. Stitch seams sit comfortably against the skin and reduce the risks of chafing and irritation. Completing the Skins Series 5 Shorts are gold reflective logos that increase your visibility to passing vehicles on late night adventures.

Size Guide

Forget your usual size. Use the Skins size guides to determine what fit, for what product, is best for you.

Bordering two sizes? Suppose when finding out your size from the guides below, you sit on the line between two sizes. If that's the case, Skins recommend choosing the smaller size for tights, if you have an athletic body type, otherwise chose the larger size. Skins always recommend choosing the larger size for tops. If you need further guidance in selecting the right size, get in touch with our customer service team - they'll be more than happy to help.

How To Wear SKINS Tights

If you're trying to get into a pair of Long Tights, Skins suggest you scrunch them up from the waist down to the ankle and put one foot in first - the same as you would do if you were putting on a pair of pantyhose. Do the same on the other leg. Then gradually pull each leg up - taking care to keep the seams running up your legs as you go.
