Constructed using a Nubuck leather upper, the Sorel Caribou Walking Boot offer a wider range of protection to help you gain the maximum from your footwear. The soft leather ensures long-lasting comfort yet provides ample protection from loose debris and rocks. The durable nature of the leather minimises the risks of wear and tear leaving you with a boot you can truly rely on. Designed to keep you warm and dry when the mercury drop, the Caribou Boots features a tough nubuck upper that blocks out moisture to ensure your feet remain dry in all conditions. The waterproof leather works with a seam-sealed construction to ensure you remain dry in the heaviest of showers as you explore the unbeaten path. Within the Caribou a removable 9mm washable recycled felt exists to ensure warmth and insulation for cold winter days. The removable felt increases warmth by trapping heat within its fibres to prevent heat loss to keep you toasty and warm on cold weather days. Completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

Bonded Felt Plug Midsole

The midsole of the Sorel Caribou Walking Boot uses a bonded felt frosting plug to provide added protection on cold weather days. The plug prevents cold weather entry by providing an extra layer of protection that seals out the cold and increases overall warmth. The plug has been used within the midsole to provide long-lasting warmth that will enable you to go further for longer. By preventing cold weather entry the midsole ensures you are ready for harsh weather condition and unpredictable snow storms.

Vulcanised Rubber Outsole

Designed with a vulcanised rubber outsole, the Sorel Caribou Walking Boot ensures durable traction in varied conditions. The vulcanised rubber ensures multi-directional grip the outsole ensures traction on varied terrain ensuring confident footing whether you're hiking or out for a leisurely stroll in the local park. The highly durable rubber is strong enough to withstand the toughest trails yet, is flexible enough to adapt on different terrain so you can have complete control. The durable rubber provides a strong grip on the most challenging terrain; it works to protect itself from damage, and protect users from losing control and slipping. The vulcanised rubber is also resistant to changing weather conditions allowing the boot to be used in -40° Fahrenheit / -40° Celsius conditions. The handcrafted outsole also uses Sorel's aero-trac non-loading outsole pattern to ensure traction on the most uneven surfaces and in the most unpredictable weather conditions so you step out with assured footing for a confident walk.
