To celebrate Teva's 40th anniversary, they have revived heritage strap designs from the '90s archives and remade them for today. Providing all the grippy goodness and comfy cushion of the do-it-all Hurricane XLT2 sport sandal, this recent reboot is a must-pack style for off-the-grid adventures.
Quick-Dry Webbing Upper
The Hurricane XLT2s utilise a comfortable quick-dry webbing upper, which has been made from recycled plastic, using traceable, verifiable REPREVE polyester yarn. The uppers ensure that feet remain dry from sweat and moisture, even during the more intense periods of your walk, thanks to the excellent moisture-wicking properties. Not only this, but the soft straps sit comfortably against your skin to prevent irritation or abrasion, whilst supporting your feet and standing up against abuse from rocks and debris. These sandals come with a hook-and-loop closure, allowing you to adjust easily and get the perfect fit. The injection-moulded strap ends also make it easy to grip and make necessary adjustments quickly, meaning you can take the shoes on and off quickly. Finally, the sandals have been treated with Life Natural, which is a peppermint-based anti-odour treatment to keep feet smelling and feeling fresh.
