Constructed using a 3-layer GORE-TEX Pro fabric, the Cayesh Jacket has you covered when the weather decides to take a turn for the worse. The 3-layer fabric is a high-performance laminate designed for extreme and demanding activities, offering maximum weather protection, durability, and breathability. It is constructed with a rugged outer fabric, the waterproof and windproof GORE-TEX membrane and a robust inner backer to resist abrasion and moisture. The waterproof membrane prevents water from entering the jacket, while allowing built-up heat and vapour to escape, keeping you dry and comfortable inside and out. The outer has been treated with a DWR (Durable Water Resistant) finish to enhance water repellency, keeping you dry. The jacket features an adjustable helmet-compatible hood, preventing rain from getting into your eyes while offering extra coverage and warmth on colder days. For ventilation, The North Face has used a two-way YKK VISLON AquaGuard centre front zip that allows you to adjust airflow into the jacket for optimum temperature control and assists in putting the jacket on and taking it off. Pit zips allow you to release unwanted heat when on the move, while adjustable cuffs with hook-and-loop tabs provide a closer fit, perfect for when the temperatures drop. Finishing the jacket are two zipped harness and pack-compatible alpine pockets with bumper stops and an internal mesh drop pocket providing you with a space to store your essential items safely.
