The Diablos are a classic pair of softshell trousers. Wear them for ski touring, ridge scrambling or for high-alpine approaches.
Made from a softshell fabric, these Diablo Pants from The North Face are soft against the skin and move with the body for a comfortable wearing experience. They feature wind-blocking WindWall technology, which is engineered to reduce the effects of chilling winds while maintaining a good level of breathability, encouraging cooler air to circulate while releasing built-up heat to help regulate temperature. A water-resistant treatment has also been incorporated into the fabric for use in a range of weather conditions, keeping you dry in light rain or snow showers. And when it comes to the fit, they have a regular fit with a tapered leg. They're relaxed through the thigh, tapering towards the ankle, with plenty of stretch for comfort and flexibility. A regular-fitting waist with a belt closure allows you to adjust the fit for all-day comfort on all your pursuits. Adjustable bottom hems ensure easy on-off over a range of footwear, from hiking to approach to full-on alpine boots. Completing the pants are two zipped hand pockets and one zipped back pocket, providing plenty of storage for your essentials.
