For fast-paced day races, the Summit Run vest is made with lightweight, breathable mesh to promote better comfort and freshness on the trails. With FLASHDRY technology implemented into the vest, moisture is effectively wicked away from the skin, keeping you dry as the miles build. The vest has a non-chafe design that reduces irritation from rubbing, keeping your run distraction-free. This is complemented by side compression straps and stretch panelling to secure the fit and minimise any unwanted bounce. To clip the vest into place, two sternum straps with S/R buckles have been added, with one upper and one lower to secure the vest at either end. Enjoy running until the sun sets; with reflective detailing added around the vest, you can continue well into dusk. For storage, the pack has a 10L pocket, great for light jackets or towels and can be swiftly opened and closed with a drawstring opening and a weather flap to protect items from bad weather. Multiple pockets have also been placed around the vest, with drop-in pockets on the chest for quick access and a lower-back stash with a horizontal running pole hold. The chest fits two 500ml flasks for quick and easy hydration, and the vest features elastic loops to hold a hydration tube. The chest pockets also have elastic valve stabilisers to reduce bounce. Finally, a whistle has been added to the vest, which is easily accessible when needed to attract attention in emergencies.
