The hiking-specific Basin Backpack isn't for fair-weather explorers. It's rugged, durable and ready for whatever nature throws at you. It features a light but hardy ripstop fabric and a reinforced bottom, both of which can take a bit of a beating.

Constructed using a ripstop fabric with a DWR to keep the weight to a minimum, this backpack features an easily accessible and large main compartment for storing all your essential hiking items, while the NextVent back panel and shoulder straps offer padding and breathability for a comfortable yet minimalist carry. The minimalist two-point trekking pole attachment holds your trekking poles securely. The backpack also features two stretch-mesh water bottle pockets and an external secure-zip pocket alongside an external stash pocket which holds bulky or quick-access items. A concealed rain cover can be located in the bottom of the backpack, deploys easily and attaches to specific points for a secure and precise fit. The rugged polyester boot provides durability where you need it. Lastly, the sternum strap sits comfortably against the body with a built-in whistle for easily accessed use during emergencies, while an internal hydration sleeve (hydration system not included) provides easy hydration on the move.
