Created with 3-layer GORE-TEX upper panels and ripstop polyester reinforcement lower panels, the Cairngorm GORE-TEX Gaiter is highly durable and waterproof. GORE-TEX prevents water and moisture from penetrating the outer layer of the gaiter, keeping you dry and comfortable throughout your activity, whilst remaining highly breathable, allowing built-up heat and vapour to escape. With a Trekking fit, these work with most standard boots, while a replaceable, durable, non-slip under-boot strap provides a secure fit. The gaiter also features a zip closure with a hook-and-loop storm flap providing greater protection against the elements. An adjustable calf, with a snag-free split drawcord and an elasticated ankle, offers a more comfortable fit when used for long periods. Completing the gaiter are metal lace hooks at the front hem to connect the gaiter to the boot for reduced movement.
