The Matterhorn from Trekmates is a highly-featured GORE-TEX glove with GORE ACTIVE technology and superior insulation.

The Matterhorn gloves from Trekmates has been constructed using GORE-TEX fabric to keep your hands dry and protected as you take on the outdoors. The GORE-TEX material works tirelessly to prevent the water from getting inside the gloves, reducing the risk of discomfort or damaging the material of the gloves. Working alongside the GORE-TEX material is GORE-ACTIVE technology, delivering weather protection, balanced heat transfer and comfort. Your hands stay warmer when it's cold, and drier when you perspire. This is made possible through the whole system of the inner lining, membrane and outer material is optimised for enhanced breathability, increasing comfort in a wider range of temperatures and activity levels.

An elasticated wrist enables the gloves to sit comfortably against the skin, preventing friction and irritation such as chafing. The fit of the glove can also be adjusted using the snag-free split cord adjuster to meet individual requirements whilst a clip fastening system allows you to attach the gloves together when not in use. A tough PU leather palm adds grip and abrasion resistance. Pre-curved fingers enable a performance fit to improve the comfort and feel of the gloves. Located on the back of the gloves is a flocking goggle wipe panel to clean your lenses without having to remove the glove. This does not affect the performance or the material of the gloves, whilst improving your field of vision in the process. Lastly, the gloves offer touch screen compatibility, meaning you can have full use of your smartphone or device without having to take the gloves off and suffer the cold.
