True Motion U-TECH Aion Elements Women's Running Shoes

With the U-TECH Aion Elements, True Motion's Wunderkind finally gets a hybrid version. The properties of the U-TECH Aion now defy the elements - true to the motto "fly over hill and dale". Whether on the road, in the park, on unpaved trails, in the rain or snow, the U-TECH Aion Elements ensures maximum comfort.

Jacquard Mesh Upper

The upper is crafted from a tightly woven jacquard mesh for ultimate breathability and a perfect fit. It allows built-up heat and vapour to escape whilst allowing fresh air to flow in for a pleasant cooling sensation. The tight-knit fabric also repels water and dirt, keeping feet dry in light rain and snow showers. Overlays feature to prevent injury from bumps and scrapes while increasing durability and furthering protection against moisture and dirt. An optimised last in the build process ensures the ultimate fit, and a moulded heel cup secures your foot for great stability and confidence. Reflective details on the upper deliver 360-degree reflectivity in low light for improved safety. The upper is finished with a traditional lacing system that ensures a secure, locked-in fit. There is also an elastic lace pocket on the tongue to keep laces in place as you move.

U-Tech Midsole

Featuring True Motion's innovative U-Tech midsole, the Aion Elements is designed for maximum running comfort. The biologically researched and anatomically designed U-Tech technology provides perfect centring, helping to reduce the risk of injury by up to 50%, by absorbing shocks effectively when striking down onto tough road surfaces. This, therefore, keeps feet feeling fresh and comfortable across all distances. The midsole features 40% more full-length U-TECH foam than their predecessors for a smooth running feel and maximum comfort, whilst remaining 30% lighter. The comfortable midsole construction provides feet with a trampoline-like running effect, with outstanding energy return for optimum comfort when running. The new Z-Element ensures optimal energy transfer during running so you can get more out of your run with less output. A padded insole provides an extra layer of soft underfoot comfort.

MotionGrip Rubber Outsole

Providing exceptional levels of grip and traction on varying terrain, the shoes have a newly developed high-performance rubber compound and a non-slip outsole. MotionGrip is a grippy compound that keeps you stable underfoot, allowing you to get traction with all types of ground, even wet, soggy terrain. The rubber compound is also ultra-durable, providing a long-lasting grip and reliability on your run.
