The insole with F3D, 3mm Damper, is an advanced dampening foam insert, which dissipates up to 95% of the high-frequency shockwaves generated with every step, especially on hard surfaces, like road, pavement and hard trails.
Light and thin in design, these advanced insoles with F3D 3mm damper prevent harmful vibrations which have been associated with micro-traumas of the soft tissue in the lower limbs and are a contributory factor to pain caused by common running injuries such as bruised heel pad, achilles tendonitis, compartment syndrome, shin splints and ITB syndrome. Shockwave reverberation which can often be caused by running can also cause neck and back pain, which is why the F3D technology has been added to specific areas for extra support for your feet. Ultimate Performance has included a PU foam through the core of the product. The insoles also have an advanced design TPU arch brace in order to produce stability and support that assists all but some high- and low-arched foot types. The insole works to hole the foot in a more biomechanically ideal position, which assists your propulsion and helps to correct your alignment, thus making walking and running easier, more comfortable and less likely to cause injury. The advanced insole can be worn in all types of footwear, boots and athletic-style shoes, making it an ideal addition for all styles of running and walking, in all conditions of sport such as; hockey, football, rugby, basketball etc. Get the best out of your insole by wearing them when you're participating in sports, at work, or even during leisure time.
