UA Dynamic is the ultimate training shoe for the team sports athlete. It combines the bounce and cushioning of a running shoe with the support and grip of a weightlifting shoe, so you can tackle any workout without slowing down.

UA IntelliKnit Upper

Designed so that it is extremely lightweight and breathable, the upper of the Dynamic will allow you to push on further and faster than ever with little in the way to cause discomfort and distraction. The upper is made from Intelliknit which will allow air to constantly flow in and out of it. This means that you will always have a cool flow into the shoes, with warm air able to escape with ease. This will maintain the temperature, allowing you to focus on your run. By being so lightweight, the risk of drag is removed, leaving you with a light feel that won't hold you back. On the sides of the shoes, there are micro details and textures for a precise 1:1 fit. Under Armour have used a padded heel collar that provides added comfort and lockdown reducing the risk of injury and in-shoe slippage. Secure laces will allow you to find a personalised fit that works for you, whilst a padded tongue sits comfortably on the ankle to complete the upper.

Flow Technology Midsole and Outsole

Constructed to be one of UA's lightest midsoles, the Dynamic has been designed using Flow technology. Under Armour has created a new, dynamic, one-piece midsole technology that provides responsive and long-lasting cushioning whilst remaining extremely lightweight. UA Flow is the lightest midsole technology in UA's current running lineup, bringing unparalleled lightweight cushioning, the foam has naturally sticky traction, so traditional bulky overlays of the past aren't needed. The midsole is designed to provide responsive energy return and an abundance of cushioning so you can go further for longer in complete comfort. As well as this, Flow technology eliminates the rubber outsole, creating a more lightweight and seamless ride on any surface. The outsole pattern, which has been designed to be super-durable and grippy, gives a smooth natural footstrike. An internal shank provides underfoot support during explosive movements so you can get the most out of your workout.

Durable Outsole

To ensure a lightweight fit and feel, the Under Armour Dynamic Running Shoes disrupt the design of a traditional running shoe by completely eliminating the rubber outsole, reducing the 2-3 ounces of weight that it adds, on average, from a traditional running shoe. The outsole is super-durable and increases ground traction to ensure complete control from the moment you put them on till the moment you take them off. This rubberless outsole provides higher traction than traditional compounds to grip the surface better. The outsole ensures grippy traction so you can run with confidence plus, the elimination of traditional rubber increases ground contact for a natural yet comfortable feel underfoot.
