This running shoe is a lightweight daily trainer that has the ability to pick up the pace for some tempo miles if needed.
Designed to provide a comfortable and dynamic fit, the Velociti SPD has been constructed using a Leno Weave stretch upper. The mesh allows cool air to flow, while at the same time removing unwanted warm air to help control temperature and create a microclimate where feet can thrive. The soft, padded heel collar sits close to the ankle for a locked-in feel and increased comfort, while the minimal tongue prevents irritation caused by rubbing. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system, which locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement for a secure fit.
Engineered with HOVR+ technology, the midsole delivers exceptional cushioning and energy return. The foam is resilient and provides significant shock attenuation for every foot strike. This design facilitates a ride that allows runners to perform efficiently with reduced fatigue. Furthermore, the midsole helps protect joints when running on hard surfaces, reducing the need for additional muscle power and allowing the legs to remain fresh.
Designed for exceptional traction over long distances, the Velociti SPD utilises a durable, abrasion-resistant rubber outsole. This material ensures a long-lasting grip on road surfaces, enhances the shoe's durability, and increases longevity over time. The outsole forms a solid bond with the ground, guaranteeing a smooth and stable ride while keeping the runner in complete control.
