YY Le Duo Finger Training Tool

The Duo is the minimalist, ultra-lightweight device for strengthening one finger... or two. Designed to isolate muscular and tendon work precisely, it features a 25 mm bi-finger grip and a perfectly calibrated mono-finger.

Designed to be stuffed into a pocket and brought out for use wherever whenever, the Duo training tool from YY Vertical helps you focus on singular finger training and warm up. With an ultra-lightweight and compact format, the apparatus gives you an ergonomic fit for both left and right handed use and is super comfortable for most finger types. This kit helps you prepare to tackle fine or curved grips and can be used as a gentle warm up when paired with an elastic band. The 25 mm depth hold helps enhance targeted muscle and tendon training and is ideal for training action pairs such as index-major and middle-finger-ring. Use it in a variety of ways, whether that is hanging from a rope, on a rubber band or disc for ground work or from a weight. Made from recycled rubberwood, the material has been sanded and rounded for enhanced comfort during use, perfect for sensitive skin or if you experience repeated overheating, while the cord has been crafted from high-strength polyester for reliable use.
