Rocky is the warm-up and finger training companion designed for climbers who want to progress methodically, without overloading themselves.
For cautious beginners and experienced climbers, the Rocky training boards offer simple and reliable help during sessions. Their compact, sturdy size makes them portable for gym or crag use, and they can be used in various ways, including on the ground, suspended, bungeed, or as free weights. Featuring a unique stepped structure, you can hone in on fluid proprioception by moving from strip to strip without letting go, improving finger-to-arm coordination in the process. One training tool has five superimposed strips ranging from 35 to 10 mm, including an integrated tray for dynamic tray pulls. The strips allow for structured and gradual grip strengthening and have double functions due to the narrow edge and wider top. The hangboard allows for single- or double-sided use when in clamp or ruler mode, adapting to the session as a single device offers two ways to train depending on personal needs and targeted progression. Made from recycled rubberwood, the material has been sanded and rounded for enhanced comfort during use, perfect for sensitive skin or if you experience repeated overheating, while the cord has been crafted from high-strength polyester for reliable use.
