YY Le Penta Nomadic Training Tool (Pair)

Two devices, dozens of possibilities. Designed for intermediate to expert climbers, Penta combines lightness, modularity and precision.

The Penta training tool, which varies in grips and uses, adapts as you improve and offers several applications both in the gym and on the crag. The Penta holds have a 360° rotation structure; with a simple rotary movement, you can change the grip quickly with ease to offer unilateral, precise training and focus on strength, proprioception and sheathing. One training tool has seven grippers in total, which includes 10 through to 30 mm holds as well as a tray, along with mono and duo finger holds. Two independent handles, when used as a pair, enhance arm-by-arm workouts through balancing strength and targeting your specific weaknesses; these handles can be adapted to any situation, on the ground with a rubber band or suspended for pull-ups. The mono- and duo-finger holds enhance finger-to-arm coordination and focused strength training. The Penta tools have been crafted from a blend of birch and poplar woods and then gently sanded to create soft and comfortable holds. The cords have been crafted from high-strength polyester for reliable use.
