The Zamberlan 125 Intrepid RR is an all-new approach shoe made for extremely lightweight performance without compromising durability and comfort on technical trails.
The Zamberlan 125 Intrepid RR is a highly versatile approach shoe, perfect for just about any terrain, whether you're approaching a climb or rambling through the countryside. The upper is constructed using suede material which is treated with special tanning to enhance water-repellence, resistant to scuffs and durability. Mesh liners are used in the upper to promote a breathable environment, keeping your feet feeling cool and dry during a walk. Additional ventilation comes from the ZAS (Zamberland Air System) which is a special construction and design method, combined with the best components to optimise comfort and airflow. The Intrepid features a unique to-the-toe lacing system which offers a more precise fit and a better foot wrapping. Rubber reinforcements can be found around the toe box and at the heel to protect your feet from sharp rocks and loose debris you might encounter along the trails. A TPU heel counter helps to keep your foot in place and ensure maximum stability when you come across uneven terrain. Finishing off the upper is the elasticated mesh collar which fits snug around the ankle and reduces the risk of loose rocks getting inside and causing discomfort.
The midsole is equipped with a dual-density EVA and ZCS (Zamberlan Comfort Support System) which offers all-day underfoot cushioning and shock absorbing properties while minimising weight and maintaining a technical feel for the ground.
Designed with the high-performance vibram outsole which offers maximum quality and durability. The rugged vibram predator and megagrip soles are designed to maximise grip and traction on both trails and the rock thanks to the excellent tread design. The megagrip compound provides unparalleled grip on wet and dry surfaces, rugged longevity and optimal ground adaptability.
