Designed to build upper body strength, the Power Stroke Paddles increase the resistance with each pull through the water.
Constructed from polypropylene, the hand paddles are extremely durable, lightweight and flexible. A raised area on the palm helps to support the natural shape of your hand and a large number of strap configurations ensure a comfortable fit throughout use. Each paddle features a neon orange panel on the thumb area. This panel helps allow you to concentrate on your technique and allow you to focus on ensuring that the thumb and forefinger enter the water first. This important technique means that the hand enters the water with the least resistance and the rest of the hand enters smoothly as the shoulder and hip rotation takes place.
