Zone 3 Ergo Hand Paddles

Designed to help build up upper body strength, the Zone 3 Ergo Hand Paddles are designed to improve technique to help you glide past other competitors in the water.

Tested to find the optimally shaped paddle, the Ergo Hand Paddles are perfect for developing arm technique. By designing the paddles to be not too big and not too small, this helps you focus on technique by not having much resistance placed on the paddles on each stroke. A contoured shape will also make you more aerodynamic, gliding the hands through the stroke cycle. The strap design will allow you to quickly and easily slide your hand through the paddles. The paddles can be worn with the strap through the middle fingers, or alternatively more advanced swimmers can use it as a single finger strap for a more intense upper body workout. The paddles are perfect for use with both leg bands and buoyancy shorts.
