Zone 3 Swim-Run Evolution Wetsuit with 8mm Calf Sleeves
The Zone3 Evolution suit has been designed in collaboration with a previous winner of the famous OTILLO race in Sweden and three other multi finishing Swedish athletes. Everything has been thought about including flexibility, comfort, buoyancy and functionality to ensure you can transition between running and swimming effortlessly.
The Swim-Run Evolution Wetsuit is designed for both swimming and running meaning that no kit changes are required. The suit combines a great fitting swim wetsuit but with the benefit of breathability.
Yamamoto 1.5mm SCS shoulders and arm panels provide maximum flexibility, helping to ensure maximum reach and improving technique. Additionally, 5mm Yamamoto #39 SCS was constructed on the back and side panels to produce upper body buoyancy whilst maintaining the natural feel of swimming. This combined with 8mm calf sleeves which come with the suit provide optimum buoyancy. Durability is guaranteed through the backside panel whilst a 2mm high stretch lining on the legs keep the suit robust - perfect for free flow running.
A built-in silicone band on the inside of the suit provides a guideline if you wish to remove the longer sleeves post swim when you begin your run. The suit is also supplied with a whistle and compass, helping you to meet the requirements of your local swimrun. Additionally, a front zip cord provides easy access as well as added breathability, helping with temperature control when running. Pro speed cuffs on the arms were created using a specially formulated silicone coating which allows the wetsuit to come off extremely quickly, ensuring the quickest of transitions. Finally, two internal pockets on the front and a large stash pocket on the pack allow for ample storage of essential items whilst the bright colour of the suit allows you to be easily seen.
