The Asics Cosmoracer LD Running Spike features an ultra-light sole unit to help you achieve your PB. Breathable mesh encourages cool air to circulate, wicks moisture and improves ventilation while a Solyte midsole construction adds cushioning.

Breathable Mesh Upper

The Upper construction of the Asics Cosmoracer LD is formed from a Lightweight mesh that comprises the upper for lightweight breathability. It allows fresh air to permeate the interior, keeping the foot cool and comfortable as you fly down the track. Integrated alongside this feature, Seamless Overlays create a more snug fit for lightweight performance. They help lock the foot in place for a secure fit and feel while acting upon torsion to maintain its shape and form.

Solyte Midsole

>The midsole is created with a Solyte foam, which is a full-length midsole material for increased energy return and responsive underfoot cushioning. It helps improve bounce back characteristics and decreases midsole breakdown. This in turns gives you a cushioned platform to ensure efficiency at high speeds.

Pebax Spike Plate Outsole

The outsole platform is created from a Pebax Spike Plate which uses a decoupled polymer plate in the forefoot for lightweight flexibility and stability. Its is strategically designed for rigidity and power and Contains 4 spike receptacles per shoe for optimal traction and control.

**You don't want to feel your toe cramped up against the front of the shoe. A spike should feel like it was meant for your foot, a little more snug than a training shoe feels so we would recommend half a size up on normal shoes**
