The midsole also provides softer landings, taking weight off the joints like the knees and ankles. This will reduce injuries, as well as prevent fatigue from occurring. The foam absorbs impacts instantly, meaning no uncomfortable forces felt by the sole. The midsole features a full-length trail-specific carbon plate, adding structure while propelling you forward, increasing speed and allowing you to conserve more energy and help maintain your pace at the later stages of the race. This, combined with a curved midsole design, helps to reduce ankle flexion, allowing runners to conserve more energy and run further with less effort.
