These running shoes are built for race day training. With a minimal upper, comfortable feel, and snappy midsole, you can stay focused on speed.
Designed to provide a comfortable and dynamic fit, the Velociti Pro 2 has been constructed using a Leno Weave stretch upper. The mesh allows cool air to flow, while removing warm air to help control temperature and create a microclimate where feet can thrive. The soft, padded heel collar sits close to the ankle for a locked-in feel and increased comfort, while the minimal tongue prevents irritation caused by rubbing. A traditional lacing system completes the upper, which locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement for a secure fit.
Engineered using HOVR+ technology, the midsole of the Velociti Pro 2 delivers exceptional cushioning and energy return. The foam is strong and resilient, offering incredible shock attenuation for every foot strike. The midsole provides a ride that allows runners to perform better with less fatigue, propelling them forward. The midsole also helps spare your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces, reducing superfluous muscle power to keep your legs feeling fresh and powering ahead. Also residing in the midsole is an injected midsole plate, which is less stiff than a full carbon plate, but provides a snappy underfoot feel for workouts or when you want to pick up the pace.
Designed to provide exceptional traction over long distances, the Velociti Pro has been crafted using a durable rubber outsole. The rubber is extremely abrasion-resistant, ensuring a long-lasting grip on road surfaces. This will also protect the shoe and increase durability over long periods, enhancing longevity. The rubber can form a solid bond with the ground below. This will keep you in complete control of your run with a smooth, stable ride.
