The midsole of the Merrell Move Glove Trail Running Shoes uses Poron Vive which works to provide durable comfort. Poron Vive is designed to withstand the challenges of tough trails whilst still providing maximum comfort and performance with each step. The midsole compound combines high energy return with shock-absorbing properties for a resilient and high energy feel. The midsole provides unprecedented stability, agility, and comfort, supporting the natural motion of the foot and providing comfort through the gait cycle and ultimately reducing those harmful shock and impact forces.
Developoed using a Vibram Megagrip outsole, the Move Glove provides extreme grip and traction for all surface wear. Developed for extremely slippery terrain, the extremely durable rubber can form a solid bond with the ground to anchor you in place. Despite facing abuse from rough ground, the rubber stands up against this, deflecting the blows and retaining a strong shape and structure. Fin-like lugs wrap over the foot to ensure added sticky traction that works to provide grip during cutting movements. The lug ensures added grip of varied terrain so you can move with complete confidence. The Merrell Barefoot 2 construction enhances proprioception and stability during variable movements; the Merrell Trail Glove 5 Trail Running Shoes offer a barefoot shape, with a glove-like fit, for a nearly zero ground to foot separation for a minimal look with maximum responsiveness.
