The men's F-Lite 275 has an 8mm drop which offers cushioning for the run and box jumps, while the powerheel delivers a stable platform that helps when performing the deepest of squats. The addition of an upper strap ensures the foot remains firmly locked in place, especially when lifting.

Inov8 Shoe Fit Scale

For technical footwear, a good fit is essential to enhance your performance. Inov8's new Shoe Fit Scale makes it easier to find the perfect fitting shoe. All Inov8 shoes are designed with Met-Cradle technology to lock down the mid-foot for a stable hold, where they differ is in the toe box. The shoes are now graded from 1 to 5, Grade 1 representing their closest, most precise fit and Grade 5 representing the widest fitting toe box.

The lower the number on the scale, the narrower the fit, which ensures minimal internal movement of the foot when running fast on technical terrain. Shoes with the higher numbers on the scale will suit athletes with a wider foot and those wanting that extra comfort in the toe box. This wider toe box allows the toes to splay for increased stability when lifting heavy weights. It's also perfect for longer runs and races when toes begin to swell.

Inov8 have graded the F-LITE 275 Training Shoes as Grade 4.

Breathable Mesh Upper

The upper of the F-Lite 275 is constructed using mesh fabric that allows air to permeate, ensuring your feet stay cool and comfortable when the temperature starts to rise. Additionally, synthetic materials work in tandem with the laces to provide you with a nice midfoot lockdown fit, keeping you tight within the shoe preventing any unwanted slipping but not tight enough that it makes you feel uncomfortable.

Adapterstrap technology locks the foot down giving enhanced stability when lifting, while the next generation Meta-Flex technology and optimal multi-directional flexibility moves with the foot, both forward and laterally. You now get more support from the external heel cage system that wraps around the rear of the shoe and provides support in the heel. Lastly, a welded rubber toe bumper protects the toes when doing burpees or other movements that could potentially harm the toes.

Powerflow Midsole

The powerflow midsole delivers 10% better shock absorption and 15% better energy return than standard midsole units. The powerflow works by absorbing the energy caused by shock and impact forces through the heel strike phase of the gait cycle. At this point, the midsole unit transfers the harnessed energy to the forefoot area where it pushes you off into your next step providing exceptional energy return.

Explosive power comes in the form of the Powerheel. The Powerheel is 40% denser than the forefoot of the shoe and when combined with an 8mm drop the powerheel provides maximum power and mechanical advantage when lifting weights.

StickyGrip Rubber Outsole

Utilised into the outsole is Inov-8's Sticky rubber compound has been specially developed using climbing rubber technology. The Rope-tec system delivers traction and durability on rope climbs and descents as well as optimising grip in wet conditions, providing superior floor fighting traction.

The F-Lite 275 features a new to the industry outsole rubber compound unique to Inov8 called StickyGrip. This rubber compound delivers better traction than its predecessor over both wet and dry underfoot conditions. The StickyGrip rubber outsole delivers outstanding underfoot grip for every workout.
