Breathable Mesh Upper

Designed using a lighter, breathable mesh upper, the Trailtalon Speed V2 allows cool air to flow while removing unwanted warm air, helping to regulate temperature and create a perfect microclimate where feet can thrive. Featuring NATURALFIT technologies, the Trailtalon Speed V2 has been designed to allow your toes to splay and perform naturally, letting you reconnect with what is underfoot and achieve full natural potential. A zonal 3D 7-dot print has been added in key areas to increase support and protect against the rigours of trail running, while a sleeker speed tongue helps to cut weight and reduce irritation caused by rubbing. The new offset heel collar is designed to individually frame the lateral and medial ankle bones, enabling each to move freely without restriction. This design provides the optimal level of ankle support required for trail running while allowing for greater natural movement. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system which locks the midfoot for a secure fit.

A new shape, featuring in all-new Inov8 footwear, has been designed to hug the natural contours of your foot, locking in at the heel and widening at the toes. This new design brings more comfort, greater confidence and unhindered performance. Incorporated within this new shape are two fits: Standard Fit for a closer feel and nimbleness over tricky terrain and Wide for a relaxed feel and extra comfort over longer distances.

POWERFLOW PRO Midsole

Inov8 have seized the opportunity to enhance the midsole in the Trailtalon collection with their latest release. By making the foam even lighter and slightly firmer, they have improved overall performance. This foam offers excellent cushioning while still providing the necessary ground feel for running on uneven and technical terrain. The increased firmness of the foam contributes to a longer lifespan for the midsole, enabling you to maximise the performance of the shoes and accumulate more miles. On top of the foam sits the well-known BOOMERANG Footbed, which is made up of hundreds of expanded TPU beads that compress and spring back, providing enhanced energy return.

Graphene Grip Outsole

Using their innovative graphene in the outsole, Inov8 have developed a reliable grip on both dry and wet surfaces, alongside remarkable durability. The graphene-infused rubber enhances slip resistance, ensuring complete control on unpredictable terrain. This resilient outsole retains its shape and definition over time, allowing you to feel confident with every step on the most challenging trails. The outsole is equipped with 6mm-long graphene-infused rubber lugs, which enhance grip and traction on both soft, muddy surfaces and slippery rocks. The multi-directional studs aid in quickly shedding debris and effectively boosting propulsion through the toes during forward strides.
