Recycled Mesh Upper

Constructed using a 40% recycled mesh upper, the Bare Access XTR Sweeper Trail Running Shoes works to keep you cool, dry and comfortable at all times. By allowing cool air to penetrate the fabric to uncomfortable heat build-up is removed from the shoes creating a cool, comfortable environment for your feet to thrive in. 100% recycled TPU overlays have been added to the upper to provide added structure and durability; the reinforcements promote a secure, supportive fit and increase the shoe durability by resisting the risks of wear and tear. A 40% breathable mesh lining has also been used on the Bare Access XTR Sweeper to increase next to skin comfort and ventilation. The 100% recycled Hyperlock TPU Film heel counter provides a locked-in feel whilst the traditional 100% recycled lace-up system allows an adjustable fit for added security keeping your foot in place eliminating distraction slipping and rubbing.

Bloom Foam Midsole

The midsole uses bloom foam, a more sustainable answer to conventional flexible foams that still holds an abundance of cushioning qualities. BLOOM foam midsole is made from 10% algae biomass which cleans and restores the environment when harvested for a more eco-friendly alternative to standard foams. The foam midsole provides comfortable cushioning that offers extra protection against the uneven ground and minimises your discomfort at all times. By providing unprecedented stability, agility, and comfort, the midsole supports the natural motion of the foot and providing comfort through the gait cycle and reduces harmful shocks and impact forces so you can go further for longer. Completing the midsole is a 30% recycled integrated footbed which lies underfoot to provide additional cushioning and comfort on any trail.

Vibram EcoDura Outsole

Designed with Vibram EcoDura these shoes are designed to offer stability in all conditions whilst remaining eco-friendly. The rubber outsole is 30% recycled and works to keep you grounded on the toughest terrains. With no lugs under the arch, the Vibram outsole allows the foot to flex naturally for greater comfort. The advanced rubber compound provides traction on wet, and dry surfaces in even the most extreme temperatures ensuring you have confidant footing no matter where you chose to explore. FLEXConnectdual-directional flex-grooves also feature on the outsole to support the natural motion of the foot; promoting down and upward flexibility. The FLEXConnect grooves improve agility and stability on uneven terrain. Lastly, a Merrell Barefoot 2 construction enhances proprioception and stability during variable movements; the Merrell Bare Access XTR Sweeper Trail Running Shoes offer a barefoot shape, with a glove-like fit, for a nearly zero ground to foot separation for a minimal look with maximum responsiveness.
