Ideal for open water swimming, the Phelps Aquaskin Hood ensures thermal protection and increased comfort.

Designed to keep your head comfortable and warm, the Phelps Aquaskin Hood has been constructed using Dura Glide Neoprene. The 2mm Glide Skin neoprene is ultra-soft for complete comfort in and out of the water; the fabric sits comfortably against the skin whilst also providing quick-drying and water-repellent properties. The neoprene dries quickly after leaving the water a repels light moisture so you'll never feel soaked. As well as this, Thermoguard technology has also been used within the construction to increase warmth and flexibility. Thermoguard traps body heat within its fibres to keep your head warm on colder days plus its flexible nature allows you to stretch the hood over your head for an easy on/off. A blindstitched assembly reduces the risks of chafing and irritation plus, its makes the garment watertight. Completing the Phelps Aquaskin Hood is a 100% UVA / UVB treatment which works to protect your skin from the suns harmful UV rays.
