With this roller, you can massage 95% of your body on your own. Perfect for personal use, it works great for both upper body and lower body work. The roller massages and works out muscle knots in all muscle groups including neck, shoulders, arms, upper back, lower back, hamstrings, glutes, quads. Additionally, the roller helps to relieve minor muscle knots, aches, and soreness. Exclusive Tiger Tail Gription offers deep grip and friction to help massage deep and bust out knots fast in fascia and muscles.
The foam roller boasts a cushioned cover which allows the centre portion to spin smoothly with a superior roll, gliding over muscles without causing discomfort or friction. This also saves fingers and hands from fatigue. A non-slip grip allows you to press firmly on to the targeted muscle groups without slipping or snagging which may be detrimental to your recovery.
With a firm design, the foam roller does not bend or break no matter how much force you apply. It is easy to clean and maintain. Simply use anti-bacterial gel or gently wash with soap and water. The foam roller has also been constructed without the use of cold plastics, meaning no pinched skin, pulled out hair or snagged clothing. Highly practical and functional, the roller is easy to use at work, use after exercise, travel with or put in a backpack.
