The hangboard to start training seriously. Do you want to structure your workouts and build up your intensity without using an overly complex tool? Then the VerticalBoard First is for you.
Offering serious progression throughout your training, the VerticalBoard First gets you ahead and keeps your progression focused. Easily mount the hangboard to a wall at home for accessible use or in the training club. The VerticalBoard First features symmetrical grippers of an array of depths for methodical and progressive training, as well as central notches for unlateral movements like one-arm pull-ups or assisted blocks. The central notch is multifunctional, great for rubber band shedding. The ergonomic trays are smooth with rounded shapes to enable frequent use without overstraining tendons or causing joint pain, while side plates are inclined at a 25° angle to prevent jarring joints. To focus on your open-hand grip, the top features dishes at a 35° and 20° angle for enhanced core and shoulder engagement. The hangboard has been crafted from poplar wood and features an untreated surface to better preserve the wood's natural grip and limit irritation during use.
