adidas Throwstar Throwing Shoes

Ready for competition day. The Throwstar Shoes from adidas help you reach new PBs in shot put, discus, and hammer throw events. They've been designed for beginner and intermediate athletes with a locked-in fit that feels secure throughout the rotation. The upper rides on a textured outsole for a strong grip no matter the weather.

Lightweight Mesh Upper

The adidas Throwstar features a lightweight mesh upper with strategic perforations for continuous airflow, enhancing in-shoe comfort and providing a cool, fresh sensation. Its durable yet lightweight construction ensures long-lasting, reliable footwear that protects high-wear areas. The design also offers an uninhibited feel and secure midfoot lockdown. A traditional lacing system guarantees a secure, locked-in fit during rotation, and a textile lining further boosts overall comfort.

EVA Midsole

To provide comfortable cushioning and a soft landing underfoot, the Throwstar features an EVA midsole, making it the perfect addition to your training or competing wardrobe. The compound also helps to reduce the impact on your feet and cushions your feet for maximum energy return.

Textured Outsole

The Throwstar features a textured grip outsole to ensure complete traction during throwing events or training. This design provides reliable traction in the throwing circle, regardless of weather conditions. The durable outsole also enhances your power, allowing you to throw further and with greater stability for extended periods.
