The shoes utilise Altra's Slim FootShape Fit, their slimmest fitting option, the Outroad is designed to let your feet spread comfortably to give you the stability and the power you need to take on familiar road routes as well as, new dirt trails. The Outroad 2 utilises AltraEGO, a technology developed that has dual nature in the midsole, the compound within has a soft feel, yet an increased energy return, providing you with a spring in your step. The soft insole where the foot sits will guarantee long-lasting comfort, whereas the zero-drop platform means that the heel and the forefoot are at the same height. This construction ensures that the feet have a more natural alignment with the ground, for comfortable strides.
