With a no-sew films the spikes have an improved, reinforced structure, for durability and a secure fit, which also helps to prevent irritation or abrasion occurring. Working to keep your foot locked in and secure, the running spikes have a soft tongue and collar alongside a traditional lace-up system, helping to prevent in-shoe slippage from occurring and keeping you focused on the run ahead. EVA Midsole
