ASICS Gel-Venture 11 Men's Trail Running Shoes

The Gel-Venture 11 is designed to help provide good comfort for daily wear. AMPLIFOAM PLUS cushioning in the midsole is reinforced by a 2mm higher stack height. These updates help you experience better impact absorption and more comfort throughout the day.

Breathable Mesh Upper

Following a no-sew design, the mesh upper of the Gel-Venture 11 promotes great breathability and in-shoe comfort that is made to last. Perforations within the mesh allow for better breathability surrounding the foot, allowing warm air to escape and, in turn, make room for fresh, cool air. The seamless design minimises rubbing and keeps irritation at bay, allowing you to concentrate fully on the trail ahead. Overlays have been added surrounding the material, promoting durability for long-lasting shoes whilst also protecting your feet from possible bumps and snags along unpredictable paths. A heel tab has been added to assist with easy slip-on to get you up and out as soon as possible, while a traditional lacing system has been used to lock down the midfoot for a secure fit.

AMPLIFOAM PLUS Midsole

With a 2mm higher stack than in the previous model, the Gel-Venture 11 utilises AMPLIFOAM PLUS for maximised impact absorption and cushioning. The midsole offers a soft and bouncy ride over uneven terrain, muting the feel of jagged stones and sharp twigs underfoot, absorbing shock as you strike down. The absorbed shock is held within the foam, shielding your joints, before releasing the built-up pressure within your following strides as highly propulsive energy. While also being highly responsive, the foam is durable to use, keeping its springy feel use after use, as it is engineered to maintain cushioning properties and flexibility. The midsole also contains rearfoot GEL technology, which absorbs the impact of each foot strike and provides a smoother transition as your foot rolls. This conserves energy and provides soft, bouncy cushioning. Atop the midsole is an OrthoLite Hybrid Max Lite Sockliner, providing even more cushioning underfoot, with moisture-wicking properties to drag sweat away from the skin for a dry and comfortable fit.

The sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeing technology.

Moulded Rubber Outsole

Providing grip and traction over a variety of surfaces, the moulded rubber outsole proves to be reliable from start to finish. The rubber helps you stick to surfaces, whether that is rain-slicked rocks or muddy fields; confidence is kept high, and you stay hyper-focused. The material is also shock-attenuating, protecting your feet from the impact.
