The lightweight, technical Futura EL hiking backpack is specifically designed for taller people (> 185 cm) and for athletic days out on the trail.
Utilising Deuter's ergonomic Aircomfort Sensic Pro System, this hiking backpack is well-ventilated. The Pro mesh back system has flexible spring steel at the heart of the construction, providing extreme durability and stable tension for the airy back mesh, as well as, creates a ventilated space between the pack and the wearer's back for moist, warm air to dissipate, ensuring you remain cool, dry and comfortable. The pack offers contoured, softly padded Activefit shoulder straps covered with breathable wide air mesh that automatically adjust to the ergonomics of your body, keeping you super comfortable and well ventilated. There is up to 25% less perspiration provided, thanks to the maximum ventilation which has been achieved by the Aircomfort mesh construction. This results in reduced circulatory stress providing you with more endurance.
Alongside this incredible technology, a rain cover ensures your belongings stay dry. A round profile frame fits comfortable to your body and a Vari-Flex system allows you to make relevant changes for the pack to fit you perfectly. A Sternum strap chest belt and padded hip belt ensures the garment stays comfortable and in place, as well as, equally proportions the weight of the pack across your body. An H2O opening means the bag is compatible with a hydration system and allows you have a storage of water, on the go. Pockets throughout provide you with the ability to store your belongings and in an organised manner. This includes a stretch inner compartment for storing clothes and other belongings, three external pockets that are easy to reach, a valuables pockets discreetly stored away. The backpack also has a stretch mesh front pocket, which is a great addition for airing out any wet clothes whilst you're on the move. A zipped compartment on the bottom of the bag allows you to reach the items you didn't think you could.
