A Allied Down has been used within the fabrication; it offers unbelievable insulation by trapping warm air inside the garment for maximum warmth at minimum weight. The premium 85/15 ratio in this jacket contains 85% Down and 15% feathers to keep you comfortable and warm when temperature drop. Responsibly sourced by the allied feather suppliers, the down used in this jacket is the highest quality responsibly sourced down available on the market. Allied supplies high-end insulation and a robust traceability system that allows both the manufacturer and the end-user to track their down from garment to source. Primaloft Silver insulation has also been used on key areas within the jacket to ensure increased protection. Used in the hood, shoulder, side and sleeves, the insulation not only works to keep you warm but, it also provides water resistance so you can remain comfortable and dry during light showers.
An adjustable hood adds even more cosy warmth and coverage so you'll always feel protected and confident when the weather takes a turn for the worst. The adjustments allow you to find a perfect fit and ensure a comfortable fit. The full zip opening allows for convenient on and off and provides maximum ventilation, simply zip up to retain all-important body heat or zip down for extra ventilation when things start to heat up. A storm flap also exists on the zip to help block out cold winds to prevent wind chill when the mercury drops. Velcro adjustable cuffs allows for stay-put fit plus, along with the inner hem wind skirt it allow you to seal in escaping heat.
