Upper

The Inov8 F-Lite 235 Fitness Shoes, structured with a half bodied sandwich mesh TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane) Upper with parrallel super-soft microfibre Pressure venting toe box, keeps you cool, dry and comfortable and supports a friction-free workout. The high performance webbed upper which gives great breathability, secures the metatarsal heads in natural position, firmly holding forefoot in place whilst maintaining their natural alignment.

Inov8 Shoe Fit Scale

For technical footwear, a good fit is essential to enhance your performance. Inov8's new Shoe Fit Scale makes it easier to find the perfect fitting shoe. All Inov8 shoes are designed with Met-Cradle technology to lock down the mid-foot for a stable hold, where they differ is in the toe box. The shoes are now graded from 1 to 5, Grade 1 representing their closest, most precise fit and Grade 5 representing the widest fitting toe box.

The lower the number on the scale, the narrower the fit, which ensures minimal internal movement of the foot when running fast on technical terrain. Shoes with the higher numbers on the scale will suit athletes with a wider foot and those wanting that extra comfort in the toe box. This wider toe box allows the toes to splay for increased stability when lifting heavy weights. It's also perfect for longer runs and races when toes begin to swell.

Inov8 have graded the F-Lite 235 v3 Training Shoes as Grade 5.

Protecting the structure and aligning the foot through natural motion, strong synthetic overlays leading to the eyelets work to wrap the foot with the lacing system for a secure closure. This stabilises the upper mesh and supports the foot from unwanted torsion, while an suede abrasion reducing fabric stretched across the forefoot protects and controls the upper mesh, stabilising the fabric and cushioning your phalanges through any training regime.

Midsole

Firing into the midsole technology a compressed eva midsole compound provides full foot cushioning, reducing pressures forced upon the underfoot while the use of Rope-Tec outsole engineering merged through the midsole and onto the upper provides traction and durability on rope climbs, making it significantly easier with an all new 360 degree system. The seamless toe bumper has been reconstructed for the ultimate protection against burpee fatigue, allowing you to keep going through your workout while a reinforced powerheel gives a 40% denser heel unit for stability and profound control.

Outsole

The Inov8 F-Lite 235 Fitness Shoes has an even stickier F-LITE V2 rubber outsole to provide excellent floor fighting grip, cushioning and increased flexibility, delivered through new multi-directional Meta-Flex technology which offers optimum forefoot integrity. All unnecessary outsole rubber has been stripped back to achieve optimal sideways flexibility, a reduction in weight and protection for the metatarsal heads. The Dynamic Fascia Band located on the undefoot mimics the 'windlass effect', delivering a kick of energy with each step, helping you to move faster and more efficiently.
