Mammut Nova III Low GORE-TEX Walking Shoes

Terracare® leather is made with minimal use of water, electricity from renewable energy sources and state-of-the-art production methods. Terracare Upper

Constructed using eco-friendly Terracare leather, the Nova III is a light and stable whilst giving you the protection of any hiking shoe. The Terracare leather has been uniquely produced using state-of-the-art methods with minimal water use and electricity which has been used to construct this shoe is from renewable energy sources showing. This soft Terracare leather has been given a GORE-TEX finish, making this shoe completely waterproof, whilst being waterproof this shoe is also breathable allowing sweat to escape through the tongue keeping your feet well insulated as well as cool and dry. Furthering the waterproofing on the shoe is the elastic GORE-TEX tongue construction ensuring that water can't get in from the top either keeping all parts of your feet well protected. The upper also comes with Liquid Rubber Protection including a heel counter as well as a toe protector both working together to keep your feet well protected from tougher terrain. 3D Memofoam has been added at the top of the ankle on the shoe, this gives you additional comfort with the shoe contouring perfectly to your feet allowing you to make these shoes your own.

EVA Midsole

Mammut have used an EVA midsole providing you with excellent cushioning throughout. They have strategically mapped out a variety of dense EVA in the midsole of the shoe giving you the correct amount of support throughout at key areas. The layer which resides under the toe offers sensitivity needed to keep the forefoot well protected. A Memo Foam insole is another unique technology specific for Mammut, ensuring you have an individual fit as well as cushioning for the feet at the instep, shin and ankle giving you a plush feel.

Vibram Frog Outsole

Keep that spring in your step with the Vibram Frog Outsole, a specific tread pattern has been designed for this shoe. With hexagonal studs in the sole tread, this shoe is designed with Vibram in order to give you all the grip you'll need as well as the traction through this specific tread pattern. Rolling Concept is a technology designed by Mammut and only used on Mammut footwear. The aim of this technology is to support and cushion the foot enough to encourage its natural rolling movement and consequently reduce the fatigue and danger of twisting your ankle ensuring you remain well protected on all surfaces.
