Abrasion-Resistant Mesh

To keep feet well protected and comfortable on long hiking adventures, the lightweight Aenergy Mtn Low GORE-TEX features an abrasive-resistant jacquard mesh upper. Strategic perforations provide feet with constant airflow and a cool sensation, preventing overheating, while their durable construction provides excellent protection from rocks and trail debris. Working with this is a GORE-TEX membrane for breathable, waterproof protection that reduces the risks of feet becoming wet and uncomfortable. The GORE-TEX stops wet weather, including heavy rain or snow, from penetrating the fabric, ensuring shoes and feet remain dry and fresh. Moisture-wicking properties prevent feet from becoming uncomfortable by removing moisture and sweat from the skin's surface. A protective rubber toe cap adds durability and shields feet and toes from knocks and bumps on tricky trail adventures. The shoes have an elasticated, pre-shaped tongue construction to keep feet secure and comfortable, preventing excessive movement. Finally, the traditional laces work to keep feet locked in and secure when traversing a wide variety of conditions.

Working alongside this, the shoes feature an Ortholite insole for extra in-shoe cushioning and can be removed for interchangeable comfort. With a rocker-shaped geometry, the midsole provides smooth, confident landing and easy, natural toe-off.
