Crafted from a lightweight and robust recycled polyamide outer shell, the Rime Pro Belay Jacket from Mammut is highly durable and ready to take on your next adventure. With a DWR coating, the jacket provides weather protection in light rain and snow showers. The jacket uses LOOPINSULATION, an eco-friendly synthetic insulation made by repurposing leftovers from industrial rope manufacturing and combining them with recycled plastic. The insulation traps heat created by movement in tiny air pockets, creating a barrier of warmth; it even works in damp conditions, keeping you warm even in the rain. Mammut includes a helmet-compatible hood with a one-point adjustment system for a closer fit, keeping the elements away from your face for clear vision throughout use. An internal neck gaiter and elasticated cuffs prevent heat from escaping, while a two-way YKK VISLON centre-front zipper with an easy-repair feature provides easy on/off and ventilation control. The jacket also includes a two-point adjustable hem with a higher-mounted cord tunnel that seals in warmth so you stay cosy on those bitterly cold days. The jacket features multiple pockets, including two climbing harness-compatible front pockets and one chest pocket, all with YKK VISLON zippers.
