The Moab 3 Low Waterproof is Merrell's built-for-anything hiker which allows little ones to explore without limits. Gripping lugs provide vital on-the-trail traction, while a soft EVA construction cuts its weight. A sturdy leather upper and reinforced toe cap rounds out this super durable hiker.
The leather and mesh upper is both lightweight and breathable; the mesh allows cool air to penetrate the fabric, removing uncomfortable heat build-up and creating a cool, comfortable environment for little feet to thrive in. Designed with a waterproof construction, the upper sheds external moisture from rain and wet ground conditions, so your little ones can splash, jump, and run without getting soggy feet. Completely waterproof, this construction remains completely breathable allowing sweat and moisture from within the shoe to escape, without letting external moisture creep in creating dry comfort both inside and outside the shoe. The leather adds durability to the upper and has been teamed with a reinforced toe cap for extra protection on the trail. The traditional lace-up system and padded tongue make finding a comfortable and secure fit easy so more time can be spent getting out and getting active.
Featuring a softer and lighter EVA internal construction alongside a durable outsole, the Moab 3 Low Waterproof offers lightweight softness and better traction for adventures. The tough rubber used on the outsole is able to withstand the most challenging of surfaces, protecting itself from damage, and protecting the users from losing control and slipping over so you can be confident your little ones have assured footing on challenging terrain. Using gripping lugs, the outsole delivers durable, highly slip-resistant stability on wet and dry ground and over mixed terrain. The lugs are multi-directional to make control easier when moving as they dig into the ground, which helps all directions of movements and push-offs. The sloping protrusions mean that dirt is released making sure that it doesn't affect performance.
