Despite the reinforced material and protection, the technology does not sacrifice either comfort or performance. Lightweight and highly breathable for all-temperature comfort, the mesh acts as a lightweight second skin, providing a supportive and comfortable fit. Its perforated construction allows air to fully permeate the entire upper, letting your feet breathe when the temperature starts to rise or your training session heats up.</p>

<p> A new cloud-like shaped WAVE PLATE resides underfoot. It supplies softer landings, strengthened rebounds, and firm stability, whilst ensuring smooth transitions through to midstance. Manufactured from Pebax Rnew, the Wave's sustainable construction spares your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving concrete, whilst answering to the environmental awareness of its consumers. Performance isn't compromised though, you still get exceptional lightness, spring-back, impact resistance and improved flex fatigue resistance. A unique U4ic midsole platform encases the Wave plate to increase the level of comfort and performance provided by the Wave Rider TT 2, without sacrificing its stable nature. The extremely substantial carbon rubber allows for longer wear in high impact areas and provides more traction at the heel strike so you can run hard, knowing that your shoes can handle the heat. Mizuno integrates their Smoothride technology to minimise the rapid acceleration and deceleration of the foot during transition, creating the smoothest ride possible.
