Mesh Upper

Constructed with a mesh upper, the Mizuno Cyclone Speed 5 is a highly breathable indoor court shoe. Perforations within the upper encourage cool air to flow and circulate the shoe, removing built-up heat, creating a healthy, cool and dry environment. Synthetic overlays increase the shoe's durability, protecting it against lateral drags and grazes, while protecting your feet and reducing the risk of injury. Thanks to its soft feel, the upper delivers maximum comfort, reducing the risk of irritation through training or play. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system that locks in the midfoot to reduce in-shoe movement.

EVA Midsole

The midsole of the Cyclone Speed 5 is made from a full-length compressed EVA foam that provides excellent cushioning and comfort properties. The midsole absorbs shock and impact forces from the heel-strike phase of the gait cycle, helping reduce the risk of injury and keep feet feeling fresh throughout use. Once absorbed, the midsole harnesses the energy and transfers it to the forefoot, which is used to push you off onto your next step, enhancing rebound properties. A removable in-sock has been included to increase comfort and enhance the cushioning from the moment you put the shoes on.

Durable XG Outsole

These Mizuno indoor court shoes utilise a non-marking XG rubber outsole that provides incredible traction on an indoor court. These shoes provide a base to power off onto your next step and allow you to turn and swivel sharply, which is a key part of competitive sports.
