The uppers have a flexible construction allowing free, comfortable movement and optimum in-shoe security. The soft tongue increases comfort, protects you from lace pressure, and the traditional lacing system lets you cinch the fit for locked-in strides that get you across the finish line worry-free. For an eco-friendly touch, 90% of the upper body lining textile is recycled.

Mizuno Enerzy XP Midsole

G3 Outsole

The outsole is made from G3 PU resin and delivers excellent grip and traction to support speed running. The outsole is engineered with shapes specific to the rear foot and forefoot to assist landings, toe-offs and turns.
